Client Agreement, Consent & Policies
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Seraphina Alchemy (“the Practitioner”) and the client (“you”). By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
Client – the individual booking or receiving a session.
Practitioner – Seraphina Alchemy, the service provider.
Services – Reiki sessions, intuitive guidance, angel card readings, and related offerings.
Appointment – the scheduled date and time reserved for your session.
Administration Charge – the £10 fee retained for cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice.
2. Code of Care
The Practitioner is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
You will always be treated with care and respect.
All information shared during sessions is confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
3. Complementary Therapy Disclaimer
Complementary therapy does not take the place of conventional medical treatment but is designed to support it.
The Practitioner does not diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult their GP if they have medical concerns, are pregnant, or are unsure about suitability.
4. Booking & Payment
4.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.2 Payment confirms your appointment and secures your session time.
4.3 Appointments not paid for at the time of booking cannot be held.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
5.1 Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice or more: Refunds will be issued minus a £10 administration charge to cover booking management and preparation.
5.2 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued, as the appointment is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
5.3 Non-attendance: Missed appointments without notice are treated as late cancellations and are nonrefundable.
5.4 Transferring your appointment: You may gift or transfer your session to another person at no cost. Please notify the Practitioner of the new attendee’s name.
5.5 Practitioner cancellations: If the Practitioner must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate personal and health information.
Arrive on time for appointments.
Disclose any relevant health conditions.
Seek medical advice where appropriate.
7. Practitioner Rights
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone a session if:
The client behaves inappropriately,
The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
The session is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse/postpone treatment if they feel unsafe or disrespected. In this situation, no refund will be issued.
8. Liability & Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
The Practitioner does not diagnose or provide medical treatment.
You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your wellbeing.
You have disclosed all relevant health conditions.
Multiple sessions may be required for deeper results.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information is handled with care and confidentiality. However, as required by law, the Practitioner must report concerns relating to harm, abuse, terrorism, or risk to life.
Information is never shared with third parties except where legally required.
10. Data Protection
Client information is used solely for:
Managing bookings
Communication
Professional recordkeeping
Data is stored securely and never sold or shared.
11. Amendments to Terms
Seraphina Alchemy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
