Booking, Payments & Cancellations
A gentle guide to honouring your time, energy, and the sacred space we share
Every session at Seraphina Alchemy is a moment created just for you — a protected space where your healing, insight, and inner transformation are held with intention. To honour this commitment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and the energy of your session can be prepared with clarity and care.
Payments
Payment in full is taken when you book your session. This confirms your appointment and allows the space to be held exclusively for you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life can shift, and if you need to cancel, the following terms apply:
Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice or more: You will receive a refund minus a £10 administration charge. This reflects the time, preparation, and booking management already dedicated to your session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued, as the appointment is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
Non-attendance: Missed appointments without notice are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Gifting or Transferring Your Appointment
If you can no longer attend, you are warmly welcome to gift your appointment to someone else at no additional cost. Simply let me know their name so the booking can be updated.
