Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Seraphina Alchemy gift vouchers purchased or received as gifts.

1. Redemption

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against eligible Seraphina Alchemy services, including Reiki sessions and Angel Card Readings, subject to availability.

2. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance or unredeemed session will expire after this period and cannot be extended.

3. Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed on specific dates or times.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a recipient needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the voucher being deemed redeemed.

5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are non-refundable.
• May not be resold.
• May only be used by the named recipient unless otherwise agreed by Seraphina Alchemy.

6. Partial Use

Where a monetary gift voucher is issued, any remaining balance may be used towards future bookings within the voucher validity period.

7. Lost or Deleted Vouchers

As vouchers are delivered electronically, recipients should retain a copy of the voucher email. Seraphina Alchemy reserves the right to request proof of purchase before replacing a lost voucher.

8. Health and Wellbeing

Recipients are responsible for providing accurate health information where requested. Reiki sessions will require completion of a consultation form before treatment.

9. Angel Card Readings

Angel Card Readings are offered for personal reflection, inspiration and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

10. Service Changes
